Neuropathy Treatment & InformationDo you have frequent headaches, backaches or arm pain? Are your legs or arms sometimes restless? Do your hands or feet sometimes tingle or go numb? If so, you might want to know about the effects of neuropathy. Neuropathy is really defined as anything that affects a nerve’s function, usually for the worse. This does include immune diseases like multiple sclerosis or paralyzed nerves from spinal trauma. It also includes the most common form of neuropathy that virtually all humans and animals will eventually develop and that is myofascial compression/traction neuropathy, a.k.a. pinched nerves. Most pinched nerves are caused indirectly or directly by spinal muscle dysfunction. These common minor or major entrapments begin very insidiously with the occasional tingling or numbing of a finger, hand or foot. It may also begin with itchy skin, restless limbs, tension-like headaches, arm or leg pain or simple joint stiffness but it can lead to severe pain, arthritis and total disability. Once again, stretching exercises are the key to minimizing the effects of neuropathy. Click Here For Understanding Pain Video |
