Dr. Lamb,
After learning from you about migraines
and how to do your Lamb program of stretching, I found out that my
migraines were based in my neck. I used to have migraines four
times a month on average. Sometimes they would last a couple of
days. I would have to leave work and sometimes would throw-up
before I could get home. I have not had a migraine in two years.
I know longer have to wake up each day wondering if I'll have a migraine
today. With my job and my family - it has been great to be
migraine free! Thank you Dr. Lamb!
